I started Half Moon Counseling Services to make clinical therapy more accessible and convenient. As a licensed clinical professional counselor I have a heart for supporting and helping people through many different phases of their life and a variety of mental health diagnosis.

Owner , Therapist, and Yoga instructor from Southern Maryland. Karmeshia has worked in the field of mental health since 2000 and fell in love with helping others early in her career. She worked her way through college while continuing to earn experience in the field. In 2009, Karmeshia received a Masters Degree from Loyola College in Pastoral Counseling. She brings laughter and holistic care to each of her sessions while striving to assist all clients to reach their best potential.
